Fees & Payment: Invoices due on receipt. Nonpayment may suspend or end services. Fees nonrefundable unless stated. Mail Handling: We receive and forward legal/official mail per your plan. Not liable for delays/failures caused by third parties, postal service, or your incorrect contact info. Compliance: You’re responsible for filings, renewals, and fees. We may remind you but aren’t liable for missed filings or penalties. Term & Termination: Services continue until you cancel or we end them with notice. Termination doesn’t waive unpaid fees. Confidentiality & Disclosure: We keep client information private except as required by law or to provide services (including court or law enforcement disclosures). Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We aren’t liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Indemnification: You indemnify and hold us harmless from claims related to your use of services, your business, or breaches of these terms.
